We handle both the sale and leasing of retail assets across our portfolio of over 60 regional malls and shopping centers nationwide. On the leasing side, we recruit traditional and nontraditional tenants directly, filling inline space, anchor boxes, and common area with operators who drive long-term value. On the sales side, we represent ownership in the disposition of individual units, pad sites, anchor boxes, and whole assets to qualified buyers. We assess feasibility, identify the right capital partners and operators, and structure the deal. Our role is to make sure the right opportunity is presented to the right buyer.
